Homer and Lisa sometimes have a difficult relationship. Homer doesn't understand Lisa's feelings and Lisa is disappointed and sad because of Homer's behavior and ignorance. But it all disappears in this drawing. It seems they forgive everything each other. No anger, no sadness, just love of carrying father and his small daughter.
The rain effect is absolutely amazing, it really fits to this scene. The shine around them is perfect too. It seems their relationship is so strong that the love shines from them.
